Snežnik Trails 2026 once again attracted trail running enthusiasts to one of the most scenic running destinations in Slovenia. The flagship race, the 64.8-kilometre Snežnik Trail, took runners through the pristine forests of the Snežnik Plateau, across karst meadows, and all the way to the summit of Mount Snežnik at 1,796 metres above sea level. All four trail races offered the perfect combination of endurance, mountain challenge, and breathtaking views towards the Kvarner Bay. The event, held at Črne njive above Ilirska Bistrica, once again brought together sport, nature, and the authentic trail running community, creating an unforgettable experience for runners of all generations.
